If you are experiencing issues with your Lynham Networks Ubiquiti NTU device, please try the following troubleshooting steps.

Checking the Lynham Networks Connection Box

Status Lights Check

  • Status lights indicate signal strength as follows:

Restart

If all of the above lights look correct, try restarting both devices:

  1. Power off your router and the Lynham Ubiquiti NTU.
  2. Wait 10 minutes.
  3. Power both devices back on.
  4. Wait 5 minutes and re-check the light statuses above.
